How this documentation is published
What appears here, when it appears, and what the words available, pilot, and planned mean.
One rule
A page here, or an entry in the changelog, is published only when the people it names can use what it describes. Wayweave writes the documentation for a capability before building it, as the contract the build has to meet, and keeps it unpublished until the capability reaches its audience. The check that builds this site refuses a page that runs ahead of the rollout.
Three words
- Available now means anyone can use it today.
- In the pilot, by invitation means invited adults can use it, in small numbers, while every session is reviewed. Pages for the pilot appear here on the day its first cohort is invited.
- Planned means it is intended and not built, or built and not yet offered to anyone. A planned capability is never documented as if it existed.
What a changelog entry tells you
- What changed, and for whom.
- The practical benefit.
- How to use it, or where to learn more.
- Material limits, rollout scope, or anything you need to do.
Where things stand today
The changelog is the current account of what is available, what is in the pilot, and what is planned: each entry says who can use what it describes. If a page here disagrees with it, the page is wrong and the changelog wins.
